Referral Contest for Miss CVA 2009 Pageant

                                           

                     New for 2009- REFERRAL CONTEST

 

          WHO WILL THE LUCKY WINNER(S) BE?

 

RULES:

There are two separate contests going on in tandem.  Every application for Teen/Preteen/Little/Mini & the Princess Program has a blank at the bottom asking for "referred by".  There is also a space for this on the Miss contestant's contract addendum.  If you want to get credit for referring someone make sure they put your name on the entry form as that is the only way to get credit - NO EXCEPTIONS!!  This is the only way to ensure the process is fair and auditable and that two people aren't "claiming" the same contestant/participant. 

 

The Deadline for the count is the same as the deadline to enter- February 15th

 

Contest #1 -the Miss CVA Board is looking for the contestant/participant that sends the most referrals to the program for ANY of the paid age divisions (Princesses do count).  Minimum number of referrals required to win the contest is 4 (four). 

 

Contest #2- the Miss CVA Board is for the contestant/participant that has the most Miss contestant referrals.  There is a minimum of 2 (two) referrals required to receive the award.

 

The "Referral Winner" will receive the following (Contest #1):

Ø     Free ENTRY fee  for Teen/Preteen/Little/Mini/Princess (entry fee waived- still need mandatory ad fee for T/PT/L/M - Princesses do not have an ad requirement)

Ø     $100 cash prize if a Miss contestant wins, since they do not have an "entry" fee, use this cash prize to apply towards CMN or whatever you desire (cash awarded only in the case where the winner is a Miss contestant).

Ø     Free Program Book

Ø     One Page Feature in Program Book in your honor (full page picture)

Ø     On-stage announcement during both pageants

For the contestant that refers the most Miss contestants (Contest #2):

Ø       Two free "combo" tickets to the pageant (both afternoon & evening)
